麻豆传媒Porn UK鈥�has launched a鈥痶raining scheme鈥痙esigned to nurture emerging talent in the creative industries.鈥疶he course is part of Bauer鈥檚 ongoing commitment to鈥痬aking careers in the media industry accessible to everyone鈥痳egardless of background, fostering equality and embracing diversity.
鈥楶roject London: Media Foundations鈥欌�痠s a six-week鈥痯rogramme,聽funded by the UK Government and Mayor of London,鈥痯roviding participants with hands-on experience behind the scenes of some of the UK鈥檚 biggest media brands, including鈥�KISS, Absolute Radio,鈥疢agic Radio,鈥疓reatest Hits Radio,鈥疕its Radio,鈥疓razia鈥�补苍诲鈥�丑别补迟.鈥�
Developed by鈥�Bauer Academy,鈥槎勾絇orn鈥檚鈥痑ward-winning鈥痠nhouse training provider, in collaboration with鈥痠ndustry professionals and leading academics, the programme teaches鈥痯articipants鈥痚ssential鈥痵kills in multimedia production, content鈥痗reation鈥痑nd multiplatform storytelling. The course combines鈥痯ractical workshops, employability support and industry networking opportunities, preparing participants for careers across the creative sector.
The programme is鈥痜ree for eligible participants聽aged 19+ living in London with the right to work in the UK. It is open to freelancers, students, career鈥痗hangers鈥痑nd professionals鈥痵eeking鈥痶o transition into creative media roles.
At the end of the programme, participants will present a creative project or portfolio to tutors and industry employers, receiving constructive feedback to support their next career steps.
